What does a PUDU robot cost?
Every robot page shows its price and its 60-month lease payment, both taken from Apollo's price list. Prices are Apollo's best price guarantee.
How does the lease work?
A 60-month lease with a $1 purchase option, equipment only, subject to credit approval.
What does the price include?
The first year of PUDU CARE: 1 year of service, 1 to 2 day deployment and user training, 4 service calls and 4 proactive maintenances.
Is there a guarantee?
Purchases carry Apollo's Total Satisfaction Guarantee: a Full 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, 90-Day Price Protection and an Anytime Upgrade Privilege. It applies to purchases, not leases.

Who installs and services the robots?
Apollo, a PUDU Tier 1 Distributor. Deployment is included in the first year of PUDU CARE, and factory-trained technicians are dispatched from the office you call.

User training comes with the 1 to 2 day deployment that is part of PUDU CARE.

How the robots work
Can the robots use elevators?
FlashBot Max uses PUDU's Cloud Elevator Control, which needs no elevator modifications and works with KONE and OTIS; PUDU also has a hardware elevator control option. The T300 can ride elevators and pass gates that are connected to PUDU's controls. Apollo confirms each connection before any quote.
How do the robots connect?
PuduBot 2 connects over 4G, LoRa and Wi-Fi. The CC1 Pro connects over 4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with e-gate and elevator control optional.
How do they avoid obstacles?
FlashBot Max has 3D obstacle avoidance for low and overhanging obstacles. BellaBot Pro halts when its obstacle detection triggers. Path width matters: FlashBot Max needs 60 cm and BellaBot Pro needs 65 cm.
Buying
Can a public agency buy through a contract?
Yes. Texas public agencies can buy through TIPS-USA contract 250106, Technology Solutions, through May 2030. Apollo confirms coverage and pricing on the quote.
What is the best price guarantee?
Every price Apollo shows is its best price. If a qualifying competitor advertises the identical product for less within 90 days of purchase, Apollo's 90-Day Price Protection refunds the difference.
